Terms of Service

Regen provides access to AI models, chat, media generation, APIs, account tools, and related features (the “Service”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Regen (“Regen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be at least 13 and legally permitted to use the Service. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. You may not use the Service if doing so is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and API keys.
• Unless Regen gives written permission, each person may create and use only one account. You may not create accounts to obtain additional free usage, evade limits, manipulate promotions, or bypass a suspension or ban.
• We may use device, network, payment, and activity signals to identify linked accounts and enforce this rule.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.

You may not use or attempt to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights.
• Create malware, steal credentials, phish, gain unauthorized access, disrupt systems, evade security controls, or facilitate other cyber abuse.
• Produce or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or unlawful pornography.
• Facilitate fraud, scams, identity theft, trafficking, violent wrongdoing, illegal weapons, illegal drug production, stalking, doxxing, or privacy invasion.
• Infringe intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, or impersonate another person or organization.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, resell, sublicense, or interfere with the Service except where law expressly permits.
• Circumvent usage limits, credits, subscriptions, moderation, account controls, or a suspension or ban.

Legitimate defensive security, authorized testing, education, and research are allowed only when lawful, appropriately scoped, and conducted with permission.

We may investigate activity and may block content, limit features, suspend, disable, or permanently ban any account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates risk, abuses the Service, or may expose Regen or others to harm. We may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary.

If an account is suspended or banned for an actual or reasonably suspected violation, unused credits, subscriptions, and prior purchases are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

Illegal activity may be preserved and reported to law enforcement, regulators, affected service providers, or other appropriate parties when we reasonably believe reporting is required by law or warranted by the nature and seriousness of the situation. Regen does not promise that every suspected violation will be reported.

• Paid plans renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
• Prices, taxes, plan limits, and included features may change prospectively with notice required by law.
• Credits are a limited, revocable license to use eligible Service features. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or be subject to plan rules disclosed at purchase.
• Payments are handled by third-party processors. Their terms may also apply.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated by Regen, charges are final and non-refundable.

As between you and Regen, you retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant Regen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, transform, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, or regulated data unless you are authorized and the Service is appropriate for that use.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. You must review output and use independent judgment before relying on it or sharing it. You are responsible for your prompts, outputs, decisions, and compliance with applicable law.

Similar output may be generated for other users. Regen does not guarantee that output is unique or that you will own exclusive rights in it.

The Service, branding, software, interfaces, and related materials are owned by Regen or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service relies on third-party AI models, hosting, authentication, payment, and infrastructure providers. Their availability, terms, and policies may apply. Regen is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Regen disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regen and its affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regen’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Regen during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. Jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations may provide you additional rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Regen and its affiliates, personnel, and providers from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, your content, or your material violation of these Terms. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Regen’s operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over that entity and the dispute may hear claims. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Before filing a claim, please contact support@regengpt.com and provide enough information for us to try to resolve the matter informally.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will provide notice when required. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Regen may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of the Service. Headings are for convenience only.
